Creating Your Website:
At GardenShed Web Designs we strive towards perfection whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism coupled with a simplistic attitude towards creating your website.
We understand that not everbody is a "web designer" and therefore we don't use or expect you to use complicated programming languages such as HTML/SHTML etc.
We also acknowledge that most new and start-up companies can't afford to invest in "fancy" web design software programmes , let alone expect them to learn (quickly) how to use them in order to maintain their website at a time where more important issues need to be addressed.
Our aim is to ensure a smooth transition when GardenShed Web Designs hand over full control of your newly created website to you and your company. This enables you and your staff to maintain your company's website with a user friendly environment.
Whether you require a 'one page' website initially, that describes your company and services in brief, or whether you require a multiple page site that gives indepth information, we cater to your needs.
We will register your site with a hosting company and also register your chosen domain name (if it's available).
There are various hosting packages from two hosting companies that we've used in the past, for you to choose from. They all offer easily accessible and manageable control panels taking the hard work out of keeping your website maintained.
GardenShed Web Designs will work with you on a regular basis and keep you updated on the progress of your website. Prior to launching your site "live" we will arrange an appointment (in person or by telephone) at a mutually convenient time in order for you to approve the design.
Taking Control:
Once your web page/website is active and on the web, all control, including usernames and passwords will be handed over to you. GardenShed Web Designs will continue to offer support to you and your company for a short period of time - included in your package - to ensure a smooth transition. We also offer a website management service for a small monthly fee. Once you are confident that you will no longer require our services, we recommend that you change your passwords.
